Can I change my delivery address?


Yes, as long as the order hasn't been handed over to the carrier. If it has, you'll need to contact them directly.

Can I pick up my order at a pickup point?


Yes, you can. Just change the delivery method on the carrier's website.

Is it safe to pay on your website?


Yes, we use Shopify Payments and PayPal's enviroment. We do not collect or store your payment information.

Do you ship to Morocco?


Not yet — and we know, what a crime! :(

Unfortunately, due to current B2C delivery challenges, we can't offer this service for now.

But we're working on it, no doubt.

2+ items = FREE

INTERCONTINENTAL

1 item = €10 total

Do I have to pay customs fees?


No customs fees within the EU — we ship from Spain.

For other destinations, customs charges may apply, but it’s rare due to the low value and non-commercial nature of the shipments.
The customer is responsible for paying any customs fees if required by the authorities.
